Is it posible to enforce a way where hi is only allow To log in to one computer only, let's say, his workstation. I have one user in particular that loves to logon to the server to run reports he is not a member of any admin groups he is only a users. Prevent user from login to servers Windows.still should figure it out though at least you will get some brownie points

Also with the licensing model LO and legally "borrow" code from OO but OO can't borrow advanced code from LO. When you install an application manually it may not add any menu items, or if it does you will need to log out and back in to realize them. If it was me and liberoffice wasn't offered on the OS I would install what was. While I understand you are new and an intern, I have to wonder to my self why your boss would choose an application that isn't supported directly on the chosen operating system.
